I would say for 1080p around 700 dollars/euros maximum and around 1000 dollars/euros for 1440p if possible? It doesn't matter if prices can be different in countries, I just need example of good build :) thank you

Ryzen 5 1600 + GTX 1060 6G or RX 480/580 8G can do 1080p almost all games on Ultra 60FPS+ or mix of High/Ultra 1440p 60FPS+

I would still recommend going at least GTX 1070 for 1440p if you really want to crank up the details.

RAM, HDD, Case,, Motherboard.. pick whichever you like.

450W - 550W quality PSU will be more than enough. (EVGA G2/G3/B2/GS, Corsair CX450M/CX550M for example).

Looks good but Ryzen's CPUs perform better with faster RAM. Aim for 2666MHz as a minimum.

or don't use a biased chart with no baseline?

makes literally no difference for the low end GPUs, and huge difference for 1080Ti.

idk

So in future, when mainstream GPUs are as powerful as 1080Tis, OP will need to upgrade his RAM, rather than spending an extra $10 on something that will last him even beyond the Ryzen platform.

It's false economy to skimp on the RAM.
