GTX 1060 Fan Noise?

I recently upgraded to a Gigabyte Windforce OC GTX 1060 6GB (not the G1) and im noticing an almost rattling noise when the fans hit 73%. I noticed this the first time i started a benchmark and the fans spun up, and I used afterburner to increase the fans slowly to find exactly where it starts, at 73%. My case is well cable managed and im not entirely in the mood to try to RMA, so any suggestions on what it could be?

if nothing is interfering with the fans themselves, then you need to RMA the card. it's slightly broken now, but in the future it will get much more broken.
