Can I OC my 8350

Hi Im thinking to OC my FX8350 for get some better prformance on games. There are many things that I know are not ideal.

My mobo is MSI 990FXA, my cooler is corsair H60 kit and I'm thinking about buy a hyper 212x (In spain I can't find 212 evo).

Im newbie in OC and i dont know how to do it i see a lot of tutorials about how to do but is a little bit confusing and my load temps are like 58ºC now, im on a hot room.

Should I OC It with my actual build or do I need a better cooler?.

PD:My PSU is a 800w not modular a litle bit crappy.

EDIT:MSI 990 FXA Gaming

I think you should be using a can of compressed air, not a vacuum...

Still though, you should be careful about using a vacuum near electrical parts. Granted, if you're not vacuuming it while inside the pc it should be fine, but if you're going to be taking it out of the pc to vacuum I don't see that big of a advantage from using an air cooler over an AIO.

That's the point everytime I clean my radiator i clean all the fans and chassi, I dismount all and mount it all together again, reapply thermal paste ...thats why want air cooling.
