Need help with taking out gpu lol...

im such a noob at this kind of stuff. I already took at the porting from the power supply. Do i just pull it straight out now lol? I tried tugging on it a lil and it didnt move. I dont want to bust anything.

Anyway does your motherboard have a little clip holding the GPU in next to the PCI lane? you need to release that first, and then just lightly pull it out.

There should be some screws holding it in, if there are not or you have already removed them ,then there should be a clip on the motherboard, if there isn't, then pull it straight out, with a tiny bit if force it should come right out, if it doesn't use a bit more force, if it doesn't then, then something is holding it in that you have missed.

Pressed the PCIe switch (It'll be at the end of the PCIe lane, it should unlock and let the GPU pop out()

Unscrew, remove clip, remove wires, remove GPU. If all else fails, use hammer.

Wow dude hehe that looks... a bit strange hehe.

 

All mainboards should have a lock for the PCIe. You should check this first.

 

I would cut the cable wraps to loose these cables a bit that you can work a little bit easier in that small case.

i actually figured out how to get it out. there was a screw in the back cap, but the wiring is so bad because i bought this preset i didnt build it myself. I cant get it out cause of the wiring, im gonna have to cut one of the zipties and better organize it.

Is that an HP closed loop cooler, with an adapter to accommodate 80mm fans for the rad?
