Is this a good build (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4vZwf8)? My budget is $830 and I want really good stuff. Let me know if I can cheap out on anything without ruining performance and im trying not get mail-in rebates.

The CXM450 $26, and a lot better and probably wont kill someone like yours.

also what about this keyboard (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CVOLFUG/?tag=pcpapi-20)? im using to replace my ornata chroma because its too big and i like mechanical better. i like razer a lot too.

It isn't anywhere close to that price. The EVGA PSU isn't going to kill someone anytime soon. Yes, it's sh*t, but it won't blow up unless you push it hard.

Generally, I'd recommend a Seasonic S12-II 520W. It's a solid PSU and it's fairly cheap for what it is, but the CXM PSU is fine.

Remember: Seasonic = SAFEsonic.

Also the build's fine.
