Yea,I see some 4770K for only 100$ and more,those could be fake CPU's though.But why go for the "K" variant when you don't have a motherboard to Overclock it

 

 Get either a i7 4770 or 4790 on ebay or any secondhand stores,The 4770 is cheaper,but the 4790 fits in your budget and i see some 4790k (idk how the "k" will help in your case) for $130,so u can get them cheap as the 4770k
