Worth it?

I found a used pc online in my area and i was wondering if it was worth the price here are the specs

 

CPU i5 4690k

 

 MSI Z87-G41 PC MATE Motherboard

 

16 gb pny ddr3 ram

 

5 corsair fans

 

600 watt psu

 

and a optical drive 

 

no gpu no hardrive 

priced at $270 i have a hard drive with win 10 and a 750 ti gpu i can use for the time being

Yeah seems like a pretty fair market price.

Ryzen 3 will probably offer a similar experience for slightly more money, so this is a pretty good deal. nothing incredible though.
