The better the card the better the pcb as well as the higher the out of the box clock speeds. The SC and Normal probably have the same pcb though.

 

I would choose FTW, it's definitely the best one.

GTX 1070 doesn't have the SSC but instead of it GTX 1070 uses SC, SSC is on GTX 1050Ti I think. So I should get the GTX FTW series and it's $374 in PC Part Picker

FTW is $374? Damn that's a good deal for one of the better 1070s.
