G502 spectrum

Hey has anyone had any tracking issues with this mouse? I got it about a month ago because my last Logitech mmo mouse would randomly make me look down or at the sky lol But now I feel like this one is starting to do the same thing...?

I have the G502 Proteus Core, which is the same mouse but no RGB, and I have had 0 issues at all.  Are your drivers updated?

No I have not.

Are you using LGS? If you are (make backups), delete the program and delete all folders and files in its folders. Then you'll have to remove the G502 from the Device Manager tree. 

 

Have you cleaned the sensor with water/alcohol and a cotton swab? What about the mouse pad?

Im just using a very large cloth mouse pad, which could use a good wash... could this be the issue? I didnt have this happen since I made this post again until just now

Get some soapy wooder and a microfiber and gently clean the mouse pad without stretching it. I'd also check the sensor (while it's off) and clean, if needed.

i have it, its a great mouse with basically 0 issues. my only problem is that its too light for my taste, even with all the weights in it but other then that the sensor is great for fast FPS games, MMOs and whatever you may use your mouse for with no problems tracking for me. clean your mousepad and sensor if you are haveing issues and make sure to reinstall the drivers too

So machine wash for the pad is a no? Haha

Depends on the mouse pad. If it's advertised as machine washable then it should be fine. In the case that it's not (like mine at work) soapy water and a cloth (preferably microfiber) will suffice.

 

I have this exact mouse at home, and in over two and a half years I've never experienced that issue.

Oh idk, I got the mouse pad from a friend. All I know about it is that is long and has Poseidon (i think lol) pictured on the corner and says glorious pc master race around him.
