It's a fine build. I would get an RX 580 and get Windows from Kinguin instead, but it's good.

don't get a 1500,it's like a 1400 with higher clock speed and a 1400 is worse than a 6600k/7600k

 

a 470 is a downgrade over a 1060 3gb
