Hello, recently my dad's pc went on fire, I'm currently making a new one, but he really wants his stuff of his harddrive, so his computer was made in 2001 and the harddrive cable is MASSIVE! so if anyone has a clue what it is, I'llsee if I can get a converter, from it, to current SATA so we can back put it on a new hdd. Thanks very much.

that is an IDE cable, there are IDE to SATA converters on ebay or Amazon for a few bucks

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)
