So right now am looking to build a new computer, my current one is about nearly 4-5 years old, and has gotten a few bugs in the past, i had to factory reset it once, and now its acting up abit more. so I want to do a new brand new build, and while looking though pc park picker, this is what I've found, but am still not sure if this is a good set up, meaning if am going way over top, or if am not choosing good parts, i the mother bored and gpu are based from a video i found from tech deals his $1500 build,  now i don't know anything about parts, am learning slowly but am still not like gonna really be able to choose all of it well, so i would like some help, but also because the price is about $1800 dollars, and that is abit much, and I've been having abit of trouble deciding what i could drop or change to lower the price

it can keep with a i7 7700k well also much better minimum, it would be a much better value.

it's been 3-4 months since release, they've sorted out a lot of issues - only one left is high speed memory with Hynix/lower end Samsung memory kits.

idk

You have to change the motherboard

i understand that but i dont know what mother bored to get, it was hard chooseing before untill ifound tech deals video

Any motherboard with the chipset name "B350" or "A320" is compatible with Ryzen CPUs. The reason these guys are all suggesting Ryzen is because you get a lot more value for money with the Ryzen/b350 combo than an 7700k/z170 combo.

the ssd is ment mainly for windows and the hard drive is main storage and what grapics card would you recommend, i was liking strix series also because if you use both of them they work better together with the rgb, also because it wasent that ugly, and because its rgb i can do a bit more of a theme build

Ryzen 5 1500X if all you do is game and go on Google Chrome, MS office and the occasional photoshop. If you want more power, go with the Ryzen 5 1600(non-X) since that comes with a nice CPU cooler. Both CPUs will work with something like an MSI A320M if you don't plan to overclock. If you do want to overclock, then go with something like an ASUS Prime B350-PLUS. Note that you would not need an aftermarket cooler with any of these CPUs (unless you want one) because the one included is adequate.

and whats the difference with the x?

and whats the difference with the x?

The X denotes a CPU which is able to access the full extended frequency range (XFR) because of random factors during manufacturing making it a "good chip". For example, when you're on YouTube and just chilling the 1600 and 1600X will both be idling at 1 GHz. When you fire up a game, the XFR will now boost the 1600X to 4.0 GHz. The 1600, since it's not as good as the 1600X will only boost up to 3.6 GHz.

However, this .4 GHz gap can be mitigated by overclocking the 1600 to boost up to 4.0 GHz in the BIOS manually. The choice between the 1600 and the 1600X is basically paying extra for that .4 GHz to be guaranteed out of the box. However, the 1600X does not come with a stock cooler, which means you have to spend more on top of already paying for the X.

1500X = 3.7 GHz, 4 cores 8 threads, has a stock cooler

1600 =  3.6 GHz 6 cores 12 threads, has a stock cooler

1600X = 4.0 GHz 1600 with .4 GHz more boost, no stock cooler.

all these chips are overclockable on B350 motherboards.

I've revised your part list to include RGB ram, RGB cooler and a video card with RGB lights that will transform the look of your build into any colour you can think of. However, I've had to remove the UPS since I'm not sure you needed that. You also get a much larger SSD with this config.
