Turn off Caps Lock. Caps Lock makes people less willing to help you.

You left out so many information. What CPU do you need?

Where do you live? How much can you spend?

Touch screen needed? Convertible/2-in-1? Numpad?

Keyboard backlight? How many storage? SSD? HDD?

Screen size? Any brand you like? Ports? USB type C? Thunderbolt? Video ports?

Really, the $1700 is the price of a GL502VS

but i've read it has a bad battery life, that is why i am considering 17inch laptop cuz i've read 17 inch models have better  battery and cooling.

but its just that i cant find a gtx 1070 laptop with good battery and no heating/fan noise issues.

where something like AW 17 R4 has good battery, no heating issues in 1060 version, and no fan noise issues nd also good built quality.

Yes, because GTX1070 is more superior, maybe you have to forgive that noise and battery

so noise and battery does'nt affects a laptop's life/durability , right ?

Yes of course, the thing that makes it reduce the durability of a laptop is cooling performance not the noise lol
