Depends on the currency used, but assuming USD, a 1050ti would be the best you could buy.

Edit: 570 is better, but havent seen any go for that cheap (Definitely buy if you see one)

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

I agree, $160 is really the sweet spot for 1050ti's though. Here's an EVGA one at that price point. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487292&cm_re=1050_ti-_-14-487-292-_-Product

on r/hardwareswap you can easily find used GTX 970s and with $150 maybe a 1060 6GB. Just be sure that the person you buy from has confirmed trades. I bought a used GTX 970 for $115 here.

FULL CUSTOM WATER COOLED = AMD Ryzen 1700X + AsRock B450 itx/ac + 2x8GB ADATA D10 DDR4 + EVGA GTX 1070 FTW  Integra 450W SFX + Intel 660p 1TB SSD + Modded Fractal Design Node 202

Hello

Seeing as my last topic didnt get me anywhere, i was wondering what the best card i could get for around $150 would be :D

Here is a list of all GPU's available at online retailers according to pcpartpicker.com. They are sorted by price highest to lowest, price capped at $150 USD. Find the one you want.https://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-card/#X=0,15199&sort=d8&c=379,380,377,376,370,395,392,391

EDIT: Link has been altered to display only current generation GPU's (polaris and pascal cards)

in case it matters this is the relative performance of the current gen of cards in your price area: RX 570/470 > GTX 1050ti > GTX 1050 > RX 560/460

do not get the top 2 in that list whatsoever... they are more than 2 years old

the 1050ti is the best you can buy in this price range and its extremely efficient, and has good oc capability if you get versions with the additional pcie power because its not part of the 'reference' model

You could either get a 4gb 480, 470 (or wait for a 480 8gb to go on sale) or just get a 1050 ti if you want a gpu right now. Both the 570/470 and 580/480 are really good price/performance right now, but if you'd like one right this second, get a 4gb 1050 ti for medium fps games.

🙂
