Looks good expect for that GT 1030. If you plan to do games that won't do. Look for a 750 ti or a 950 or a 1050

Or an RX 460 or 560, or an R7 270X

Do you mind getting used parts?  IMO a used GTX 760 or R9 270X is a good option.
