Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

Size of an R9 Nano = Half length card. Do you need 1 slot card though? Or even half height card?

If just letting you boot is enough, then a second hand Geforce 210 is the best option. Cheap and works. That's it (all it has to offer really)

Hi! Does anyone have a recommendation for gpu, that is the size of R9 Nano, but costs under 100$? It does't need to be good, basically, just so i can boot! Just very small

sub $100 is tricky but look at the new GT 1030 cards?

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

The length is important! The R9 nano's length is the absolute max! not a centimeter longer

Just to add that some geforce 210s are longer than an R9 Nano but others are shorter, so make sure you google about detailed specs before buying

only for productive work? I mean a 1050Ti for like 30/40 dollars more than a old card that isn't as good as the 1050 Ti is kinda worth it? And this card is small too. Consider it?

It's just as a display adapter. He/she is probably not going to game on it.
