OC CPU Temp?

I OCed 4770k on 4.4k with 1.305v and it's runing around 80-85 C.

 

Temps are too high?

Defiantly warm, but fine (Will throttle though over 90c). What cooler are you using?

If that is temperature during stress test then it is fine.

1.305V is quite a lot for just 4.4GHz.

You could try setting Loadline Calibration (LLC) to extreme, increase VIN voltage by 0.05V to 0.1V, set UNCORE (cache) voltage to manual 1.2V, let UNCORE (cache) ratio at auto and try if you can hit 4.5GHz or 4.6GHz core clock with the same 1.305 VCORE voltage.

I used Asrock z87 optimitze settings for 4.4 in the bios

 

Temps are after 15min in aida64 stab test (hit all except gpu and disk)

That seemed completely fine to me. I'm rocking a AIO with my 6700k 4.5GHz and it reaches 85deg the second I hit it with a AIDA stress test. Relax bro

full disclosure I am not totally familiar with intel overclocking but I have read some posts on here and i have seen several saying that you shouldn't push more than 1.29v on the intel processor. I am not sure how reliable the information is but you may want to look into it further. I am running ryzen and i wouldnt push my chip near those temps but from what i gather intel can run at higher temps than ryzen can. still just getting into the PC world as i have just completed my first build but I have done a ton of research. If I am mistaken about the intel voltage please let me know.

lower core to 1.275 doing 4.5k with aida on 80c usual load make it up to 53C
