High idle clock speeds with 3 monitor setup?

Enabling multi-display power saver within Nvidia Inspector should help cut down on those frequencies.

Generally, no. It's set to ramp up your performance target once a certain GPU usage is hit at lower clock speeds. You can manually lower this threshold if necessary, and you can also set up a list of processes that disables the power saving feature.

Thanks man, tried it out, the clock speeds are all normal now in idle.
