I currently use HWMonitor and very rarely MSI Afterburner.

OpenHardwareMonitor for primary monitoring, Afterburner and Speedfan for secondary monitoring. HWiNFO when I need absolute best information. RealTemp/OCCT for overclocking and stress testing.
