That would depend on the model, 750w are more than enough but if it's a bad power supply it may still have issues. You also need to make sure you have the right power cables, that card should need an 8pin and a 6pin pcie connector (they can come from a splitter).

i used my ref 290 on a 450w BQT E7 450w powersupply and it handled that easely , all you need is some juice on that 12v rail
