Hello!

I want to build a PC that will be used to some casual 1080p gaming, internet, school and some light 3D modelling in the future (also for school). Besides, I wanted it to be somewhat future-proof.
The budget is about 1000$ (4000 PLN), but there's a catch. The prices are much higher in Poland, so some parts might look like they fit my budget, but they can turn out to be too expensive. On the bright side, I don't need any additional peripherals (mouse, keyboard, monitor, or audio).

I compiled a build that seems powerful, but reasonably cheap - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/gYXT7h

NOTE - I couldn't find my PSU of choice on PCPartPicker, it's a Chieftec GPS-500A8 (~$47) - http://www.chieftec.eu/en/psus/ps-2/smart-series/gps-500a8.html

NOTE 2 - I might switch the Intel set for Ryzen 5 1500X (~$226) and MSI B350M PRO-VDH motherboard (~$94)

What do you think? Should I change something, or is it optimal?

Note 1: Trash PSU, I wouldn't even put it on a low end PC. In Europe look for Corsair CX450M or Seasonic S12II 430B, they are all better.

Note 2: Yes Ryzen 5 would be nicer but I'd get a 1600 (for like $20 more you get extra 2 core which greatly benefit in performance)

Note 3: R5 1600 comes with cooler so you don't need one. i5 7600k is nice but the cooler you chose is not.

Note 4: Add an SSD if you can.

Note 5: For what you do, 8 GB of RAM is enough for start. Get a single stick of 8GB RAM and you can save money there.

Note 6: Why am I making a note?

What stores do you typically buy PC parts from and or looking to buy from? In order to really help you I'd need to know that due to the price difference.

Snowblind: i7 7700K | Corsair H100i V2 | EVGA 1070 SC | Aorus Gaming K7 |16GB Corsair Vengence 3200Mhz | MX300 275GB M.2 | WD Blue 1TB | NZXT S340 Elite (White)

Ryzen 5 1600

Stock cooler

Any B350 mobo

Any 16GB RAM (preferably high speed RAM like 3000MHz, but you can always OC low speed RAM to higher speed)

WD Blue/Seagate Barracuda 1TB
A decent SSD (120-128GB for OS and some core programs, 240-275GB or 480-525GB is ideal) (Check out SSD tier list to help you select)

RX 480/580 4GB(1080p)/8GB or GTX 1060 6GB, whichever cheaper
Any case you like
A decent PSU, Corsair CX-M grey or Seasonic S12II or EVGA B3 are among the cheapest choice. Or get any PSU from tier 1-3
Get cheap OS from legit websites like Kinguin

Ryzen 1600, unlocked i5s are not worth the money.

Bad cooler, bad PSU, ugly RAM (lol) and bad GPU maker (Gigabyte's RX-series coolers are pretty bad).

I plan on buying from on-line stores like x-kom.pl or morele.net, but be aware that the websites are in polish and the prices are in PLN

Yeah, I understand that's what translating is for, remember Linus has a video where he talks about adding your own heat spreaders to cheaper ram.
