Maybe if u replace r7 with R5 1600 along with motherboard u can squeeze a 1080 ti in build 1, but at your resolution at 144hz a1080 is rly all u need

Have never seen a review for the 850 but the 650 has a solid review. I've also heard nothing but good about it.

Why the R7 1700X ? The R7 1700 is cheaper and should overclock the same.

 

No need for an expensive cooler really. A Cryorig H5/H7 would be fine if the op doesn't want to use the stock cooler on the 1700.

 

I wouldn't waste the M.2 slot on the 850 EVO. Just get the regular SATA version.

 

Why a 750W psu ? You can't SLI so no need. A 550W would do fine.
