The mobo and RAM you had chosen are overkill.
Any Z270 mobo will OC well.
Unless you love RGB, get cheaper RAM.

Ryzen 1700 (non x but Overclocked to match the 1800x) and an AsRock x370 gaming is my choice... and flip a coin for the ram they both work fine...

Does the R1700(non x) is the 6 core if im right?

can it handle games and content creating? with ease?

like the AMD FX that i've got?

no the 1600 is the 6 core an easy way to remember is it has a 6 in it's name

the 1700 is an 8 core 16 thread beast and will tear through any task you give it.

i use the front usb for data transfers and for attaching the print if i needed to.

basically keyboard has 2, 2 for 2 mouse, 1 for webcam at the back and maybe 1 for my gaming headset. that is my plan,

because currently im switching usb ports at the back that may cause driver incompatibility in the future that why..

but if you were to suggest me what basic 270 board ill buy what is it?

Mainly for gaming, then photo and video editing, and may be streaming while gaming

You should go for Ryzen CPUs then.
