Upgrade

Hi guys, I am looking to invest in an intel 7600K for my gaming setup. i am currently running on a skylake I5 - 6500 with 16Gb ddr4 ram (2400mhz) and  gtx 1060. is there a need to upgrade or is my consumer senses tingling to spend cash.

Kind regards

Nick

Not worth it, hardly any difference (Especially if you dont have Z170 motherboard to OC with).

Still not really (Dont upgrade MOBO as well, even more of a waste).

Not sure, but I think there isn't a big difference in gaming performance, considering he uses an GTX 1060... Or am I wrong.

I have heard bad things for Kabylake, get the Skylake 6600K for sure. Because i don't know if i5-7600K will have problems as 7700K

Kinda pointless to upgrade from 6h gen i5 to 7th gen i5 CPU.

Why are you looking for upgrade? Is your CPU bottlenecking you?
