Yo guys i was just going through PC parts picker for my sort of frnd wants a build thats not the topic the topic is that i wanna know what is difference between OEM/TRAY written after the name of processor i will give a screenshot

None whatsoever.  Go with whatever's cheaper through a reliable supplier if you're using your own non-stock cooler.

nope.

it's just that there aren't many OEM Pentiums, so they're more rare. the commercial one is better in every way though. comes with a cooler and warranty and stuff.

Check warranty for your vendor and Intel as well, because sometimes tray warranties are different from retail.  If you care about that.  If you OC you've blown your warranty anyways, so up to you.
