You can use Windows 10's built-in restore function. It's in the Settings panel under Advanced Options, I believe.

I see. Check if CPU load is at 100% load 85% of the time. If it is please reply. If not run a rootkit scan using TDSSkiller and ASWmbr. If no rootkits found try installing AdwCleaner and running a scan.

@Vinzie  Nope save those occasional spikes I normally am below 15% on average. often times at a reduced clockspeed by the CPU. It tends to find it doesint need even it's normal clockspeed let alone it's turbo. And rarely gets past 30% unless under gaming load. Under gamign load yes it shoots up but I know why.

Alright, also if you still wanna scan your computer I commented on your other post on what to do. It is more in depth then what I told you before.

@VinZie i saw I already use malwarebytes for a reason, it works very well and has saved my bacon many times. That thread was more to just see what good options are there for future changes to my set up. I find relying on one set up for too long can leave one with security holes so never hurts to reanalyze my security suites right?

@VinZie lookign at it, more and more the issue seems to jsut be an aging i5 3350P. I spike utilization on opening browser windows then especially if another applications running. I'm running into spikes at multi tasking.
