How is this? I want to play games like gta, overwatch, call of duty (ww2 when it comes out) borderlands, garrys mod, dying light, etc on at least medium settings. i also want to overclock the graphics card, can i do that? and am i missing anything? (i already have some case fans so thats why they arent there. i can get a monitor too)

That psu seems like trash. Get a seasonic s12ii it's only $10 more and is much better quality. U don't want a shit psu or ur rig can catch fire or short circuit something

two things in the PCpart picker you might have noticed, 
 

• Some Intel B150 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.
• MSI B150M BAZOOKA Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Azza SIRIUS ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports.

Yeah, you can overclock the GPU no problem, it will probably overclock itself though, not a terrible build, a nice solid budget one.

80+ dosent mean anything except for efficiency. For most people a psu that at least has a 80+ rating is fine.

with rebates, RX 470s are only like $10 more expensive, and give you like 50% more performance.

it's well worth it.

No it isn't, people with income are many times much better off saving a bit more for actual worthy components, in your case you have no income so it is dead fixed budget that was not declared, if you want people to help you properly quit being lazy to give as much information as you can, or at least don't get arrogant when people advise you wrongly as they can not read minds.

anything with a brand name you hear a lot is ok, given this is a budget build, I'd say that's fine, no point in getting a 750+ watt 80+ gold PSU since a GTX 1050ti and a pentium G is only a few hundred watts, understand most of us guys overclock hard and dirty and don't like unstable power or droop or explosions, so we tend to prefer a great PSU, even as  type this I'm waiting on 3Dmark to install so I can overclock and bench some shit.

Generally, they won't blow up when you plug them in, but too many times, people see that EVGA or Corsair or some other big company makes PSUs, and then gets a VS unit for a $1000 build.

So how much can I overclock the 1050? I don't know much about it and I'm not asking for a tutorial I don't want to waste your time on something I could find on YouTube, but with that psu, will I be able to have a noticable gaming difference or will I kill my power supply?

with a G4560 and 1050Ti you won't even come close to 400W

you can overclock as much as you want. wouldn't recommend overvolting more than 100mV though.

Dude if ur really budget I'd recommend waiting. I'm 12 and I have been saving my money for god knows how long and I don't waste it. I ask my parents for one or two things that they pay for (like tech things they gave me shoes and food and stuff) and everything else I pay for. Now I'm about to build myself a great setup with a r5 1400, a rx 580, and a 29" ultrawide since I was patient and I spend wisely on stuff I will actually use. Oh and look at my signature. Try to guess what my main device I'm using is. Itll be my secondary device soon but you have to have patience.

I'm going to start getting more money soon and my brother is going to help me out a bit too, but I don't think I could ever afford that. My mom tells me to work for something I want and she's the only one with a real job so I would have to wait 2 more years to get that stuff. I've been waiting forever. I don't have the patience you do.
