I don't know how to plug front panel interface. No manual for the motherboard.

That's good. It looks like they are tool-less bays. Just slide it in and it should lock in place.

But does it matter if the green is on the bottom though?

Slide it in with the green on the top. Should work.

The green had to be on the bottom anyways because of the key holes.

The one with the right-angle. This is your sata data cable.

The Seta power cable won't stay in. Am I doing it wrong?

Are you plugging it in the right way? Try turning it the other way.

Not entirely sure but I think it's for extra control of the HDD or for debugging purposes, it's not relevant to you.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

So your just putting it into a new case. There is no real need for it at the moment. So you don't need to put it anywhere. just plug your fan directly into the motherboard.
