850€ Gaming and Rendering build... HELP!

Hello all,

About 2 months ago i got the idea to build a pc to replace my current Asus K501LB laptop. I want this pc both to game in high/ultra settings at 1080p and to do 3D and graphical work, and to last a while without upgrading, around 2 years. I understand i will have to drop settings as newer games come out :D

Mainly, i plan to play:

Ghost Recon Wildlands

Mirrors Edge Catalyst

Just Cause 3

Rise of the Tomb Raider

World of Tanks

And I want to use Blender and Cinema 4d, along with apps like photoshop.

My Question is: Is this build the best Value for +- 850€?

Gpu - Gtx 1060 G1 Gaming from Gigabyte

Cpu - intel i5 7500

Cpu Cooler - hyper 212 EVO

Mobo - Msi B250M Mortar (question: not overclockable right?)

Ram - any 8gb black stick - suggestions appreciated :)

PSU - Corsair CX500M

Case - CiT F3

Monitor - Asus VX239H

Storage - Seagate barracuda 1tb

                AMD 120gb SSD

Do you see any thing that may not go well together?

I should probably mention that i want the pc in a black/red color scheme :P

And also that i want an Nvidia card for ansel and shadowplay.

Thanks a lot!

-Lukas

You don't need a separate CPU cooler. Use the stock one.

You should switch to a RX 480/580 if it is cheaper.

This isn't going to render all that well. If that's important to you go look at Ryzen 5.

I considered it. What ryzen motherboards are there under 100€? That was really my problem.

Where are you from? Since you wrote euro, I suspect Europe. Provide me with places you can actually get stuff from and I'll try to search for parts you might want

AMD- https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/XZN3kT

Intel- https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/list/QQkFr7

now choice is yours both are good but i would be definitely gone with intel i have never used any AMD CPU i found the RX 480 8gb cheaper than the 1060 so what i was saying that i would go with intel because its trusted by me and i wouldnt take a risk in my first build

My personal Build as i am a cool tech enthusiast B|
