GTX 670 Repair

Hey,

Still trying to get my old 670 that I was about to throw away working. Today i plugged it into my PC and all fans were at 100% with no video. I removed the cooler and cleaned the old thermal paste and applied new thermal paste as posted in the pictures. The old themal paste was A LOT more than there should have been and it was harden'd.Put it all back together and still nothing. Any one have anymore suggestions before it goes in the trash?

you could throw it in an oven and have it work for another 30-90 days.
