Any Sugestions?

Looking for further input on my future build. I'm waiting until Vega is released to build it. It will be for 3D modeling, video editing, and mid level gaming. Right now I'm looking at 1080p fps at 60+ for high/ultra settings. I'm opting for wither an RX 580 or whatever lower level Vega gpu there is because freesync is cheaper. If the Vega release somehow causes prices to fall for Nvidia, then I'll consider those options too. I still can't decide between a Ryzen 5 1600 and a Ryzen 7 1700. My budget is $1,800 for the whole system including monitors. I have peripherals already.

i would go for a 1700, 370 mobo, 3000mhz ram, darkrock pro3 or DH-15.

What advantages does the x370 offer?
