Dry eyes while gaming

Hey! 

Have any of you guys experienced dry eyes or irritation while gaming?

Is there any way to prevent this or something?

I know this will sound weird, but try blinking more. When I was younger I would get dry eyes when I didn't blink while gaming for long periods of time.

Did it get better just by blinking more ?

Step out of that computer chair, try looking afar and occasionally blink your eyes until it relaxes.

blinking is an obvious fix (its nature to blink less in intense situations, maybe try to blink more during pauses in the game)

 

beyond that, upping air humidity and adjusting screen brightness can help too.
