R5 1600 will give you around 1100 score. If you overclock it to 4,0GHz, you get even higher score. I don't see any i5 getting to that score. My i7 4790k is only getting around 800-900 in that test. 

So it safe to say that you can compare 1600 to i7  CPU when it comes to using all cores.

ok I'm gathering parts now um I don't have quite enuff so is there a cheaper gpu that decent?

RX 460 is pretty much it. You won't find any better GPU for under 100$. At least not new one.

It's enough for your OS and some programs. I would store games and other crap on HDD.

Should last for many years with normal usage.
