I think you are asking the wrong question and not stating the important information.

The PSU you have is a bomb, some non-name "500W" model, you computer is unstable, so you need a new PSU.

Your budget and your location would be a great help. If you don't provide that, I cannnot recomend a specific model that you should buy.

EVGA G2, GS, GQ, G3, B2, B3, Corsair CX 450/550/650M, RMi/RMx/HX/HXi, anything from Seasonic or XFX (excluding the XFX XT), Antec EDGE, High Current Series, ECO NEO II, Fractal Design Integra M, Edison M are all very good and you cannot go wrong with any of them.

Seasonic S12II 520W is spot on on price if you order from Germany ( Computeruniverse). PSU is about 50€ and postage is 16€ (to Slovenia, probably the same to Croatia). Mindfactory is even cheaper. Amazon.de is about the same as Computeruniverse. I assume Seasonic is good since everyone recommend it to me.
