My i5 3570 CPU temperature reaches 52-73 °C when gaming. Is this normal?

My CPU usually sits at around 38-43°C on idle. I don't have a GPU yet (though I plan on buying one soon), so I play League of Legends on low settings and resolution on my integrated graphics (Intel HD Graphics 2500). It reaches around 52-68 °C when playing, and even a maximum of 73°C. Is this alright? I've attached my openhardwaremonitor temps here. Thanks in advance!

the HD graphics do have there own fair share of heat out. If you are on a stock cooler then yes this is normal

NO, it should be below 50 and usually is above 30.

these processors are rated for 105C before shutting down, stock cooler runs it at 75c, 100% load, and that's what intel calls 'safe' - so if the OEM says it's safe, it's safe in my book.

idk

what are you on about? if this is the stoc cooler there is nothing wrong with these temps, they are pretty much avrage.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I'm using a Deepcool Ice Edge Mini FS V2.0. http://www.deepcool.com/product/cpucooler/2014-05/7_869.shtml:)

alright, did u apply enough thermal paste. How fast are the fans moving. Are they are even on? How long does it take for the temps to get this high. Take off the side panel and then check

Yes, there was pre-applied thermal paste. It sits at 50-68 when playing League. Here are the fan speeds (exhaust and CPU):
