Use RAM as VRAM for integrated Graphics?

I am thinking of getting a new laptop to do some gaming but i did some research and the games i want to play won't run as integrated graphics doesn't have enough VRAM (I can not afford to get a laptop with a DGPU). I know you can use RAM as VRAM with a DGPU so i that possible with integrated graphics too?

Your igpu uses you ram as video memory as standard

You can't use system RAM with a dGPU. While both GDDR5 and DDR3 are related, the methods in which they perform are drastically different. You can use system RAM as VRAM for an iGPU since the graphics chip is connected to the CPU closely.

An iGPU does use system RAM for video memory, the reason it won't run is because iGPU's are weak ass shit, my Intel 530 got 4 FPS in Valley, my R9 380X got 40+. If the dGPU uses the system RAM for frame buffers, it gets seriously slow, like any other video card would.

What's your budget?

Technically, a dGPU can use system memory when it's own VRAM has reached capacity, though this is really more to prevent crashes as opposed to being actually useful.
