I know this could be done via OneNote (New/Quick notes don't float on screen like sticky notes do) and I know it was able to be done by moving %AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes to a cloud drive prior to Windows 10. How can I do this now? I like the way sticky notes looks for small task that must be taken care of during work for instance.

Is there anyway to sync sticky notes across devices now?

use google keep it's much better.

I do for mobile, just wanted to see if I could use this for quick task while on the desktop (including when offline. Desktop keep breaks when offline and sometimes causes sync errors).

Like I said above, moving %AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes doesn't work anymore. Sticky notes is now a UWA program in Windows 10 to my understanding.
