I dont think there is such a thing. If you only need a small amount of storage just get the cheapest 2 bay you can find and put it in RAID 1. But to me the point of a NAS has always been 4-bays and up giving you at least RAID5. and of course nothing will include drives at a price like that. your other option if you want an low up-front cost is to just use a system you have or can get for free and install freenas or nas4free on it. If you could let us know the application making a recommendation becomes much easier.
