I'm searching for a 2x 16 gb so-dimm ram. I there any or do i have to stick to 2x8 gb?

I believe that the only sticks larger than 8 GB are made for server uses.. For a laptop, you'll need to stick with 2x8

Well, my comment still applies, you'll have to wait for a manufacturer to make a motherboard that can support a CPU that can support the DDR4 standard.
