Please help! I can't set up surround on windows...

Hello,

I've set up all my speakers for surround, done the setup in windows and it works with the test, but when I play music or anything like that my subwoofers/ new speakers that are not R and L don't work! So I know it works, but the programs aren't affected by the changes?!

Thank you,

Memelover6969

Maybe you have to setup your other programs to use surround sound?

It's not possible to configure that in spotify, is there a way to force 2.1 stereo to 5.1 surround?

Normally its a tick box in your sound drivers, example my computer had realtek drivers and i have a option when i plug in all the outputs what mode the speakers are in.

Other than setting menus of the speakers, also dig into the settings of the apps you use.
