ASUS Delta PSUs?

Well I think I may have found a bargain. a 500W Delta PSU pulled from a ASUS desktop. It is C$60. Are these PSUs trustable and if so guess what tier would they be in?

Deltas are trustable in general, for sure. But for 60 CAD that's not an amazing deal because of this one:

I'd usually pay 40 CAD for a used OEM 500W from Delta. But the CXM is 40 after rebate so it's a non-argument.

Depends on the exact psu. Can you post a pic of the insides?

 

Normally delta is one of the best psu makers.

No, but I can get the model the number and a picture of the exterior. BTW its sleeved with mesh  such great for pre-built system

For OEM systems, they're pretty much as good as you're gonna get. You could've ended up with one of those BestTec Power Supplies. And while they're probably alright today, back in the early 2000s or something, those things were notorious for blowing up motherboards and everything else attached to it.

All goods. And 20% hotel tax on top of 15%. I always feel sad for people there. 

 

 

But we still have to pay C$1.399 per liter right now in Vancouver (US$3.96/Gallon)

Should be fine if it's a Delta unit but I don't know what "tier" it would be in since I don't know anything about it. Delta does have low-end units so who knows.
