Need Help with buying SSD

NeelanCruzz

I wanted to but the Sandisk Ultra II 480gb but its yet to be released on amazon, and I wanted to know what is the difference between Sandisk Ultra II and Sandisk SSD Plus?

I also have 2 alternate options :

1. Crucial MX300 525GB SATA 2.5 Inch Internal Solid State Drive - CT525MX300SSD1

2. WD Blue SATA 6Gb/s 2.5 Inch 500GB Internal SSD Solid State Drive (WDS500G1B0A)

which one is better? and which one is better in terms of SSD life and reliability.

and Amazon says that the WD ssd has a 250gb Hard drive, wtf?

I wouldn't recommend the SSD Plus. Its the worse on the market.

Anyways:

Get the Crucial MX300 or a SKHynix 480GB SL308

MX300 is solid. SL308 suggested above is solid.

Keep in mind TLC NAND may not last as long as MLC NAND used in other SSDs.

Here's some others as well.

idk

It'll still last longer than a hard drive though.
