My system specs are on both my profile and my signature, and I'll post them again here:

  • Core i5-4690K
  • CRYORIG H5 Ultimate
  • ASUS Maximus VII Impact
  • HyperX Savage 16GB DDR3-1600
  • Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
  • WD Black 1TB
  • Sapphire RX 480 NITRO+ OC 8GB
  • Corsair AX760
  • Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX

I seek help from more seasoned used-market buyers than myself. If I were to sell all these parts, second hand on a site like eBay, how much could I expect to sell each of these parts for altogether? If you could answer in GBP, that'd be great, but really any currency answer is fine.

Thanks all, happy Easter :D

i buy pretty much all my PC parts used nowadays, but i dunno about the market value of these in GBP. if you're not in a hurry to get rid of the entire system i highly recommend selling the parts seperately instead of the whole system. that way you usaully get more cash for the parts!

It's also a bit riskier considering you minght not get everything sold.

I'd say $750, give or take.

I saw the exact same system, but with an i5 6500, a 120 gb ssd, and a different case with Windows 10 Pro installed on Craigslist for $750 USD ($598 gbp). Same brand names and all. It also had a bluray/DvDRW. It was a new build in early April. I know parts are more in the UK, so I'd up the price to $950 usd ($758 gbp).

I would say round about £650 - £700 mark assuming it was £1100 or so new ? Also ebay is a bit hit and miss with selling pc parts as it either goes smoothly or you have problems. If it was me I would advertise it on Preloved for collection only and show it working if possible. Also no fees to pay on preloved.

I'd sell it as a whole. I hate dealing with 60 different people's questions, then another 30 questions from the people that bought the individual parts after the sale when you turn into their personal tech support.

get an liquid cooler and get a 1070 if there is enough money with you

I think you have misunderstood - I'm asking what this PC is worth, not whether it is good. I already own it.
