I would do it, since the paste u have lying around will eventually dry up. Also, how long have u had the computer?

about 5 days XD, i finally decided to move from a cheap notebook to a desktop for gaming, and cobbled together some old parts i had laying around, right now i'm using an HP Z400 workstation with a Xeon W3505, 3 channels of DDR3, with 12GB RAM, the FX 1800, and some no-name PSU that came with the original comp. It's an outdated setup to be sure, but going from running 5-10fps in teamfights in league to a steady 120 is like a dream.

question is what do you want to do with that card anyways? Doesn't seem to be very powerful to do anything useful IMHO, even igpus nowadays would do better.

why not just try it? It's very hard to give a good estimate, especially as is depends on how much it got used and so on

It can run CS:GO, League, War Thunder, H1Z1, and the like all at a steady 120 FPS on a 1920x1080 60hz $99 monitor, so it works fine for what i need.

it was running pretty consistently in someone else's CAD setup for ~3 or 4 years, and as far as I know it's not had any maintenance. When i got the thing it was caked in dust lol.
