Are the Lenovo V110 laptops any good, or are they crap like the Acer Aspire series?

Sorry for the mess!  My laptop just went ROG!

Then it's fine. I myself will buy a used laptop that runs fine for office work, but it's up to you.

I have a Lenovo y50-70. Its a gaming notebook, its been a good machine. Now that being said, Lenovo is know for installing some shit software on their machines. On top of the fact, I wouldn't expect much out of the model. I looked at the specs, lets just say I wasn't impressed. I would say it would it should run office fine, but dont expect to multi task very well. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

that laptop is a part of Lenovo's new business series, where they can play around with them a lot more than they can with ThinkPads. It should be built better than most things in that budget

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Good to know.  The software thing is fine...it's nothing wiping it and reinstalling the OS couldn't fix. :P   Also, the i3 is a massive improvement over my Pentium N3530, so I have nothing to worry about there.
