DO NOT put a FX-8350 in with THAT motherboard.

FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SAFETY.

The MSi 760GM-P23 (FX) is based on the old 760G chipset -- it came out during the socket AM2+ / early AM3 days in 2008/2009.

This was way before 'Bulldozer' and 'Vishera' on AM3+. This chipset was never INTENDED to work with AM3+ CPUs.

MORE importantly, this motherboard uses a WEAK 3+1 VRM power phase design.

Not only that, there are no form of heatsink over those VRM's to provide any type of direct cooling.

According to the VRM database over at Overclock.net, this motherboard is KNOWN for problems.

There is no protection (e.g. overheat protection) in place for the VRM's.

It also uses a 2-transistor configuration compared to 3, 4, or more on other motherboards.

http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboards-vrm-info-database

If you check MSI's 760GM-P23 (FX) webpage, this motherboard DOES NOT support the FX-8350 -- or any 125W or high rated CPU's for a matter of fact.

This motherboard cannot support the higher power demands of these processors.

https://ca.msi.com/Motherboard/support/760GM-P23-FX.html#support-test

https://ca.msi.com/file/test_report/TR19_24433.pdf

You could consider something like the more "power efficient" FX-8320E or FX-8370E, but please keep an eye out, for the first little bit, for any odd behaviors or abnormalities with your CPU and/or motherboard.
