Will downloading Windows Updates automatically resume if the internet connection gets interrupted?

My laptop is now downloading the Windows 10 Creators Update. It's a huge update, and I'm quite worried that it will reach the daily throttle limit that my ISP has set on my plan. If it does, can I cancel the update and resume downloading tomorrow? Will the download pick up where it left off, or would I have to download the whole thing again?

It usually does unless the file is corrupted.

It should do something similar to Steam. It will "download" the files on resume, however it will be much faster as it just checks the file, and re-download any incomplete files or corrupted.
