All SSDs are in M.2 factor. Prices of all SSDs are written in the poll.

I know for a fact, that the 850 evo is a 2.5" SSD

75% of what I say is sarcastic

So is the rest probably

Is it though? http://www.samsung.com/us/computing/memory-storage/solid-state-drives/ssd-850-evo-m-2-250gb-mz-n5e250bw/

They're all SATA drives so they're no faster than a regular 2.5 SSD.

I'd go for the Samsung, just because it has a good reputation. Speed differences between these drives are negligible.

Does you mum know you're here?

There are SATA SSDs that use the m.2 form factor (sometimes called mSATA).  They're usually the laptop/NUC equivalents.

They don't offer a performance advantage over SATA though.

The EVO is probably the best, but honestly I think all SSDs are fast.  You may just want to go crucial for the extra 25gb.

But isn't the Crucial MX300 the slowest SSD among the 4 options above? @Biggerboot

Maybe, but real-world performance usually isn't hindered by the theoretical.  It may only come into play if you're transferring large files like video.

EDIT: What deX said.
