So, in August I'm moving out to go to a residential High School. I've decided to build a PC for my dorm. The build contains all components and my top budget it $1,300US. I just wanted you all to look and tell me where I can save/ improve.
NOTES
I have to keep the Thermaltake case because I <3 it.
A wifi card is required because there are no ethernet ports in the room.
Gaming performance is very important.

I do not need Windows 10.

I plan to Upgrade to either a 1440p or 144hz monitor in the future.

Please recommend another 5 button mouse in the same price point.

I wouldn't buy AM4 until the mobo and cooler makers have gotten their shit together and learnt how to build good boards with working features and similar performance. 

 

Hence why I choose Intel for builds like this. AM4 has been like X99 at release bad when it comes to mobos
