Help required on final touches of first PC build

Are you going for any specific colour scheme?

Edit: will you be overclocking?

Quite an overkill for a non-OC processor. I think you're better off with an air cooler like the MasterAir Pro 4 CPU Air Cooler

Would you want to wait for Ryzen 5 that should be dropping in the next few weeks?

we still dont know what games is he/she going to play so overkilling the gpu would not be a good idea... it should be more balanced imo :P

Remember to quote me (or someone else), otherwise we won't going to recieve your answers...

If you want to save a bit I'd recommend changing the case and motherboard to micro ATX (it also makes it look cleaner)

if you can, get the zotac gtx 1070 mini for around $475 on amazon US. takes some time to ship but it's a pretty good deal. use the money for other parts in the build.

Alright so I've been told that this build https://www.pccasegear.com/wish_lists/696296/Brodney

is better than the build I created

CPU: Intel Core i5 6400 65W
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H110i 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte H270-Gaming 3 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Flare-X F4-2400C15D-16GFXR (2x8GB) Ryzen DDR4
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3TB ST3000DM008
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB Dual Video Card
Case: Corsair SPEC-ALPHA Mid Tower Gaming Case Black Red
Power: Corsair CX-750 Modular 80+ Bronze Power Supply
Total: $1319

Need some second opinions, before I order all the parts (from my wish list) :)

I just realised, check that your monitors can plug into the card (the 480 has 3 displayport and 1 hdmi) otherwise you'll need adapters.

Also, I'd recommend going to 1 or 2 stores max (unless there are a few easily reached), as shipping can pile up along with returns being a bitch if shit hits the fan.

You said you had a triple monitor setup, how do you plug those in currently?

Also, what ports do those monitors have?

Wait... So you have 3 monitors, 2 monitors are plugged in with hdmi cords, and 1 with a dvi cord?

What connections do your monitors have? If you're unsure, what are they?

I have three monitors, one monitor isn't being used atm. One is connected via HMDI and the other is connected via DVI cord.

I have AOC monitors
